Boot Camp is an
innovative stroller fitness program
designed to balance the fitness
needs of moms while spending time with their children. Baby Boot Camp classes are delivered by nationally certified fitness
professionals throughout the United States. Created in 2001 by Kristen Horler, Baby Boot Camp strives to help moms regain or enhance
their pre-pregnancy fitness levels and
meet the physical challenges of parenting by emphasizing strength training in a supportive environment.

Baby Boot Camp 1 visit free From $11 per visit with 16 Class Pack pass A credit card is required to enroll but isn't charged until the time of service.
Our stroller fitness class is a 60-minute class format for moms with stroller-age children.

MOMLETA Run Training Purchase required to enroll
MOMLETA Run Training incorporates two different levels of training. Whether you are new to running or have completed several 5Ks, our 8-week 5K Training Program will give you the tools you need to safely complete a 5K with our walk : jog interval training method that is proven to prevent injury. If you are looking for a greater challenge then enroll in our Half Marathon / 10k more intensive training 12-week program (if offered).
